Why Customers Choose Johnson Services Company

Zero craftsmanship callbacks across 20,000 jobs, 4.9 stars on two separate review books, and what customers actually say in their own words.

Crew trucks lined up on a subdivision street at seven in the morning

Last year we finished more than 20,000 fences and not one customer had to call us back to fix our work.

That number is not the point. The point is what it means on your Saturday: no second day off work, no crew in your yard again, no argument about whose fault the leaning post is. You paid for a fence once.

Six things come up again and again in what our customers write. Here is each one, and what it does for you.

Our Craftsmanship Warranty Runs a Year and Went Unclaimed Last Year

Every fence we build is covered for a year on craftsmanship. A post set shallow in Gulf Coast clay shows itself inside a year. That is the window the warranty covers. It shows up faster here than most places: serious decay needs wood held above about 30 percent moisture (USDA Forest Products Laboratory, 2021), and a post set badly in Gulf Coast clay stays that wet.

Ours went unclaimed last year, across more than 20,000 jobs.

Celeste T., August 2025: “Supervisor confirmed timeline, crew arrived promptly, confirmed work scope, worked efficiently and left the property clean. Fence didn’t budge an inch when severe storms came through the next day!”

Debra C., July 2025: “They did awesome work and with no issues when replacing the posts”

We Buy the Wood for Less, So You Pay Less for the Same Fence

Master Halco named us its 2026 Largest Volume Customer for the Southwest Region and for the World, and we are a top customer of Solid Wood.

We pay less per picket than a three-crew shop can, and that difference goes into your quote. You are not getting a thinner fence for less money. You are getting the same fence, and we tell you the picket grade in writing so you can check.

Bobby A., June 2026: “Johnson Services provided a great estimate to replace our backyard fence beating out all other quotes. They were quick to replace and remove the old fence. The fence looks great and well built.”

Carmen G., June 2026: “The crew at Johnson Services Company provided outstanding service at a very competitive price. They went above and beyond our expectations, and we truly appreciated the extra effort and attention to detail they put into the job.”

Casey P., March 2026: “Great Communication and great price point. The work was completed very quickly and the finished product was exceptional!”

You Hear Back the Same Day, and Usually Get Your Number the Same Day

Call us about a real job and you hear back that day. On 95 out of 100, your quote goes out that day too. Work starts about four days after you say yes, and most backyard fences are finished in one.

We know what the other version feels like. We had a homeowner call the top five fence companies in each of our markets, and the hard part was getting anyone to send a number at all.

Randy R., June 2026: “After receiving 3 estimates I chose Johnson Services to demo/replace my ranch style fence in my 1.5 acre backyard. Their price was competitive and lower than the other 2 but what sealed the deal was Matt called back the same day I initially contacted them for an appraisal. It was a good decision and Matt was quick to reply with the cost estimate and each time I had a question. In addition the crew showed up promptly per schedule and Matt came by early to coordinate some changes I requested after accepting the original quote. The fence was installed in just 2 days and looks great! The job site was cleaned up well b4 the crew left. The original cost was revised making the total cost much less than I expected.”

He paid less than we quoted him.

Price a fence before you call

See what a fence costs before anyone quotes you.

Pick the material, the height and how many feet of fence, and the calculator shows the market range for a fence like yours in Texas. Then a salesperson measures the real one in your yard and the number comes back the same day.

The estimate is free and there is nothing to sign.

We Run Over 100 Crews, So Your Install Date Holds

Most fence companies run one to three crews. The trade is built that way: the country's roughly 599,000 specialty-trade contractors average fewer than ten workers each (U.S. Bureau of Labor Statistics, 2025).

When a one-crew company has a man out sick, your Thursday becomes next Thursday, and you rearrange your week around their truck. We finish about 55 jobs a day. Somebody is coming.

Carlos M., April 2026: “The price was fair, the service was excellent, and everything was left clean once the job was done. Communication was great throughout the process, and they really took the time to go over the design with me before starting the work.”

Jennifer W., February 2026: “Johnson Services team was very professional, did a great job worked until the job was done and left a clean site”

You Get One Person, From the Estimate to the Walkthrough

Matt. Chance. Alec. Matt Roberts. The person who measures your yard sends your quote and answers the phone when you call back. That is why our customers use first names.

You will not explain your job twice.

Christy M., May 2026: “Matt at Johnson Fence was wonderful to work with. He was efficient on time and followed up after to make sure the job was done to our satisfaction.”

Vi G., June 2026: “We are very satisfied with the finished work. It was done skillfully and neatly. Office personnel are accommodating.”
