Warranty
Craftsmanship means our work. How the posts are set, how the rails are hung, how the gate swings and latches. If our work fails inside that year, we come back and make it right at no cost to you.
The warranty does not cover material, and we do not publish a material warranty of our own. Wood, panels, posts, hardware and coatings carry whatever warranty their maker puts on them.
Cedar and pine weather, grey and move with the seasons. That is what wood does.
A board or a coating question goes to the maker of that board or that coating.
Ask us before you buy and we will tell you what the maker covers.
That is a count of what happened last year, across every job we finished. It is our record, not a guarantee about your fence, and we will not write it as one.
