The estimate

The estimate is free and there is nothing to sign. A salesperson measures your fence line in your yard and gives you a written quote. Asking for one puts you under no obligation, and the quote holds until you change the job.

The quote

The number on the written quote is the number on the invoice, unless you change the fence after it is written. Tear-out and haul-off are in the price on a replacement. Extra gates, a change of material or a longer line change the number, and your salesperson gives you the new number in writing before the crew is booked.

The work

Every job carries a one year craftsmanship warranty. It covers our work and it does not cover material, and the warranty page says exactly what that means. Where a project needs a permit, we work out whether it does and file it.

The calculator

The fence cost calculator shows market ranges from published cost surveys for a fence like yours. It is not a Johnson quote. The only Johnson number is the one a salesperson writes after measuring your yard.
