Commercial chain link fence
Nine-gauge and six-gauge fabric on Schedule 40 posts, galvanized to ASTM A392 Class 2 or black vinyl coated, six to twelve feet, with barbed wire or razor topping where the site calls for it.
Ornamental steel and aluminum fence
Welded steel pickets in powder coat for the front elevation, the campus edge and the pool barrier; aluminum where the coast or the water rules out rust.
Anti-climb and high-security fence
358 welded mesh, welded wire and palisade profiles that take the ladder away from a climber and the cut away from a bolt cutter.
Cantilever slide gates and swing gates
Gate leaves to forty feet on posts sized for the leaf and the wind, with operators listed to UL 325 and built to their ASTM F2200 usage class.
Access control and barrier arms
Keypads, card readers, loops and barrier arms on the drive, wired with the gate rather than bolted on after it.

Send the plan set, the spec and the schedule. We price what is on the sheet and we tell you where the sheet and the site disagree. A missing detail becomes a question before the number, never a change order after the award.

Questions we get asked before the award
How big a perimeter can you staff?
A data center compound runs past a mile of line in two or three fence types, and that is a scheduling job to us rather than a stretch. A hundred crews out of seven yards means the crews on your site come from your metro, and a second crew is a phone call away when the schedule moves.
Do you hold a bid price if the start slips?
The bid prices the drawings, and it names the footing, the gate operators and the tear-out rather than burying them. Tell us when the slab will be ready and we will tell you what holds and for how long. Steel moves; the labor number does not.
Who is responsible for the gate operator meeting UL 325?
We are, when we install it. Every powered gate we hang carries an operator listed to UL 325, built to its ASTM F2200 usage class, with two independent entrapment protections in each direction of travel and monitored sensors. A motor bolted onto an existing fence line does not pass, and we will say so.
Does a commercial fence need a permit in Texas?
Often, and the rules are the city's. Houston asks for a permit on masonry at any height and on any fence over eight feet, and Austin above seven. San Antonio permits a commercial fence on height alone and wants an engineer's wind design over eight feet. We check the rule for your address and file the permit.
Will you work nights and weekends on an operating site?
Yes. A yard, a campus or a shopping center keeps running while we build, so the plan starts with access and traffic rather than with the fence. Crews stage where your people are not, every opening we take out has a route, and the crew closes off the work area before it leaves each day.
